Cancellation Policy
At Elevated Emotional Release (EER), we understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your session. To accommodate such situations while respecting our time and commitments, please review our cancellation policy.
24-Hour Notice
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be in need of our services.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it helps us maintain the quality and availability of our services.
